Leads from Facebook and Instagram, messages over WhatsApp, invoices in your own accounting package, appointments in your own calendar. You make every connection yourself, and you can take it out just as easily.
You sign in yourself. We never ask for your password.
Every connection starts in your Zinevu settings and finishes on the provider's own sign-in screen — Meta, Google or your accounting package. You choose which Pages, numbers or folders Zinevu may use. Zinevu receives a key for exactly that, keeps it encrypted, and loses it the moment you disconnect.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms
Connect the Facebook Pages you advertise with. When someone fills in one of your lead forms, that request appears in Zinevu: name, contact details and the answers given, ready to quote. Zinevu reads the leads from your own forms and nothing else.
WhatsApp Businessbeta
Connect your own WhatsApp Business account, so messages from customers arrive in the Zinevu inbox alongside the rest of the conversation. The account stays yours, and Meta bills you for conversations directly.
Your own website
Put the configurator, the quote form or the appointment planner on your own site with a single script. Every request arrives with the full configuration and the calculated price.

Accounting and invoicing
A signed quote becomes a draft invoice in the package you already use: Moneybird, WeFact, e-Boekhouden.nl or Odoo. The invoice stays yours — nothing goes out without you.

Your own email
Send quotes and follow-ups from your own domain through your own mail server, or let Zinevu send them. Either way the customer sees your name, not ours.

Everything the portal does is also available over a REST API with your own keys. Webhooks push events to your own systems as they happen.

One company, one set of data
Every connection belongs to your company alone. Data from your accounts is never visible to another Zinevu customer, and it is never sold or used for advertising.
Only what the feature needs
Zinevu asks for the narrowest access that makes the feature work: the leads from your forms, the messages to your number, the invoices you create.
Disconnect in one click
Disconnecting deletes the key at Zinevu and ends the connection on the provider's side as well. You can also withdraw access at any time in the provider's own settings.
